ECI PMP® Extended Boot Camp
6 WEEKS / FRIDAYS
IN CPA Society
January 19th, 2018 – March 2nd, 2018
8250 Woodfield Crossing Blvd
Indianapolis, IN 46240
The purpose of our 6 Week PMP® Extended Boot Camp is to provide an alternative class schedule for those who cannot dedicate a week to prepare for the PMP® Exam. By meeting one day for six weeks, you will progress through a series of structured, project management learning modules. Concentrating on the PMBOK® Guide, 5th Edition and other related project management sources, you will learn the essential information needed to pass the PMP® Exam.
Our unique competency-based approach to our course is an alternative way for participants to gain the skills employers’ desire. Our course is based on the simple belief that a PMP® credential should mean more than you passed an exam. The PMP® credential should also mean you have “real world” knowledge about project management that you can apply in your projects.
We designed the course as if you were performing a project. Our classes and learning modules are built around the five project management processes – initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. This course includes a wide variety of learning activities, tools, and study aids, all using relevant PMBOK® Guide terminology. While the PMP® credential provides organizations with a recognizable standard of project management knowledge; it is your project management competency that will keep you employed.
You will be led through an extensive review of the PMBOK® Guide, 5th Edition focused on:
- Reviewing the concepts and terminology of project management processes
- Providing an explanation of tools & techniques described in the PMBOK® Guide
- Helping you apply this knowledge to your projects in the real world
- Identifying your strengths and weaknesses to provide you confidence to successfully pass the PMP® Exam
